These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any package, activity, or custom itinerary booked through 360 Degree Tourism. By submitting an enquiry or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only once you have received written confirmation from our team and, where applicable, paid the required deposit. Prices shown on this website are starting-from prices per person based on double occupancy, and final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking based on your specific dates, hotel category, and group size.

Payments

Deposit and balance payment terms are confirmed in writing for each booking. Full payment terms may vary by destination, supplier, and season.

Changes and Cancellations

Cancellation and amendment terms are set out in our Cancellation Policy and confirmed in writing at booking, as third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, attraction operators) often carry their own separate cancellation terms.

Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents, required visas, and any necessary travel insurance for their trip. We provide visa guidance but travellers remain responsible for meeting entry requirements.

Liability

360 Degree Tourism acts as an intermediary between travellers and third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, attraction operators, transport providers) and is not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of these independent suppliers beyond what is required by applicable law.
