This policy outlines general cancellation and amendment terms for bookings made with 360 Degree Tourism. Specific terms for your booking are confirmed in writing at the time of booking, as they can vary by package, destination, season, and third-party supplier.

Package and Custom Itinerary Cancellations

Cancellation terms are tiered by how far in advance you cancel relative to your travel date, with deposits generally non-refundable and balance payments subject to a sliding refund scale closer to departure. Exact tiers are confirmed in your booking confirmation.

Activity and Ticket Cancellations

Most Dubai attraction tickets and activities can be cancelled free of charge up to 24-48 hours before your scheduled time slot, as noted on each individual activity page. Time-slotted attractions with limited daily capacity (such as the Museum of the Future or Alhambra tickets) may carry longer cancellation windows.

Third-Party Supplier Terms

Hotels, airlines, and some attraction operators carry their own independent cancellation policies, which may be more restrictive than our general terms. Where this applies, we communicate the specific supplier policy to you before confirming your booking.

Weather and Force Majeure

Where an activity or excursion (such as a desert safari or fjord cruise) is cancelled by the operator due to weather or safety conditions, we will work to reschedule or refund the affected portion of your booking.
